This website is not intended for or directed towards children under the age of 13 and we do not intentionally collect data on children under this age. WERKS may publish customer opinions and comments, which may include personal data, on our website. Before publishing our clients name and testimony, we will obtain the clients approval by email.

4.3. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons / Web Bugs)

We use a software technology called clear gifs (also known as Web Beacons/Web Bugs), which helps us to better manage the website by informing us which content is most effective. Clear gifs are small graphics with a unique identifier, similar to cookies, and is used to track the movements of online users. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the hard drive of a user’s computer, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages or in emails. We use clear gifs in our HTML based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
