Labor Law

WERKS advises Swedish and international companies in matters relating to all types of labor law issues, including business immigration and cross-border labor law. For example, we assist in re-organisations, transactions, work environment issues, dismissals, and negotiations with employee organisations. When it comes to business immigration, we advise employers on the conditions for labor immigration and assist our clients with handling work and residence permits for their employees or jobseekers in relation to the Swedish Migration Agency. We also assist with various types of employment law agreements, such as employment agreements, termination agreements, non-compete clauses, and incentive schemes. We represent our clients in both labor disputes and prosecutions regarding violations of the Work Environment Act, which means that we assist in proceedings before local authorities as well as courts.
