WERKS advises Skeppsviken in their acquisition of an industrial property in Kållered
WERKS has advised Skeppsviken during the company’s acquisition of a larger industrial property, located in Torrekulla industrial park in Kållered. The property, located in a strategic and attractive area with close proximity to, among other things, Ikea Kållered, is 13 000 sqm, of which approximately 4 700 sqm consists of office space. For now, the premises are vacant and there is an ongoing dialogue with speculants that are interested in becoming established in the area.
