WERKS has advised Nordsten Development in their acquisition of an industrial plot
WERKS, togheter with Censor M&A, advised the seller on the transaction of Promosoft to IMI Supply Chain Solutions.
Promosoft specializes in the challenges in inventory management and procurement planning, and IMI will, through the acquisition, strengthen their offer within these areas.
John Hofmann och Natalie Bäck were in charge of the transaction at WERKS.
