WERKS acted as legal counsel for the sellers in transferring Flex Applications to Visma.
Flex Applications, one of the leading software companies in the Nordic region specializing in HR and payroll, has been acquired by software company Visma. The company will continue its growth journey under new ownership while operating independently under its name.
