Jonas Rosengren specialises in international dispute resolution and commercial transactions across a wide range of business and industry sectors, with a particular experience of shipping, transport, post M&A disputes, insurance, pharma, construction and energy. Apart from counsel work, he regularly sits as arbitrator in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings (including SCC, ICC, NOMA and ad hoc). He is ranked as one of Sweden’s leading lawyers within shipping and transport. He also publishes regularly in the fields of international contract law and shipping law.
